SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 14 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-10 business days
International Shipping We ship to the USA. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are calculated and collected at checkout, so you won't have to pay them upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We'll notify you promptly if there are any changes or delays to your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@footyprint.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
